What are the check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in: After 15:00.

• Check-out: By 10:00.

Please let us know in advance if you have any special requests regarding check-in or check-out times, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is strict:

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

• Please make sure to confirm your travel plans before booking, as the property operates mainly in the summer season and cancellations can significantly impact our ability to rebook the dates.

Is the property suitable for children?

• Yes! We welcome families with children. For your convenience, we provide a playpen for young children, so you can relax knowing your little ones are safe and comfortable.

Are pets allowed?

• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at our property to maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests.
  We hope you understand!

Is smoking allowed inside the property?

• No, smoking is not allowed inside the house. However, guests are welcome to smoke in the balconies where it is safe and convenient.

Does the property have a washing machine?

• Yes! We have a washing machine available for your use. It’s located in the bathroom and we provide laundry detergent for your convenience.

What amenities are available at the property?

• Wi-Fi: Free, high-speed internet throughout the property.

• Air Conditioning/Heating: Available in all rooms for your comfort.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes an oven, fridge, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary utensils for cooking and dining.

• Towels & Linen: Fresh towels and bed linens are provided.

• Parking: Available in a field next to the apartment, providing easy access for guests with vehicles.

How can I get to the property?

Our property is located in the heart of Agia Anna, just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. Getting here is easy, no matter how you choose to travel:

• Easy Access: Whether by car, taxi, motorcycle, bicycle, or public transport, reaching our property is straightforward.

• Public Transport: The island’s KTEL buses (the local bus service) run every 15-30 minutes to and from Plaka Beach, Agios Prokopios Beach and Naxos Town. The nearest bus stop is just 30 meters from the apartment, providing convenient access to major island locations.

• Parking: For guests with their own means of transport, we offer free private parking in a field next to the apartment for your convenience.

• Scenic Route: The coastal road connecting Naxos Town, the port and the airport passes right in front of the apartment, offering stunning views of the natural beauty of the area as you arrive.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

• We always try to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs depending on availability. Please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to make it happen!
